All products are listed as "Availability: In stock / Backorders OK." This means that the item is available to order online, but does not actually note stock level. Once the item is added to the cart it will display if the item is in-stock or will be backordered. Also please note that due to varying inventory levels the actual amount in inventory may vary, so feel free to call to verify product availability.
Pricing & Payment
As a dealer for several of the Sporting Arms industry’s top manufacturers, Black Weapons Armory follows the pricing guidelines set by these companies. For the majority of our products we set our pricing at the competitive MSRP set by the manufacturers, and will not advertise a price below the pre-set minimums in agreement with the manufacturers and dealers of these products.
All payments are handled through a secure connection with Authorize.net, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Black Weapons Armory also accepts check / money order / cashier's check which must clear before orders are shipped. Transactions are charged when the item is shipped.
All orders shipped to an address within the state of Arizona will incur an 8.1% sales tax. Sales tax does not apply elsewhere.
Liability
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Black Weapons Armory, L.L.C., and 21 years or older to purchase handgun related parts and accessories.
Black Weapons Armory, L.L.C. is not liable or responsible for any injury or death due to negligent, unlawful, or improper use of any of the products sold by the company (Black Weapons Armory, L.L.C.).
Black Weapons Armory, L.L.C. takes precaution to restrict sales of certain products, such as certain knives and high-capacity magazines, to states that regulate and prohibit such items. The purchaser is responsible for verifying all local and state laws regarding restricted items before placing an order. Black Weapons Armory, L.L.C. will not be held liable in the case where the purchaser does not follow the local and state laws regarding restricted items.
Shipping & Availability
All complete in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Black Weapons Armory ships via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Volume shipping discounts may apply.
In the event that Black Weapons Armory does not currently have in-stock an ordered item, the item will be placed in backorder status, and items will be shipped on a first-come first-serve basis. All orders are authorized upon placing the order to guarantee the item to be held for the customer, and items will be charged when the item is shipped. Special orders require a deposit.
Please call for availability on items. Due to the high demand for many items, website stock levels are not always accurate.
Currently Black Weapons Armory will NOT process orders with shipping OR billing addresses outside of the United States. We have this policy in place in order to respect national security, international export law, and manufacturer policy.
We do ship to Military APO / AE addresses; however some products we may not be able to ship, and you will be notified if this is the case. APO orders must have a United States billing address.
All order changes / modifications for existing orders must be made over the phone. We do not accept order changes / cancellations / modifications via e-mail.
Returns / Exchanges
Please contact us at 866-779-2268 for all returns, refunds, and exchanges. Return, refund and exchange requests will not be processed via e-mail requests. We work hard to make sure our customers are satisified and have the proper equipment, so we will do our best to resolve any issues that may come up.
All non-disposable, non-defective, products carry a 30-day return / exchange period. Within the 30 days the product may be returned for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges, as long as it is in original condition and in original packaging. Products returned with obvious or visual use will not be accepted for return.
All returns / refunds must be done over the phone, and cannot be done via e-mail. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to take effect.
Warranty
Black Weapons Armory honors the original manufacturer warranty for all products. In the event of an item requiring warranty, the customer may either contact Black Weapons Armory or deal directly with the manufacturer. For warranties handled through Black Weapons Armory, please obtain an RMA number as described above in the Returns / Exchanges policy.
Privacy
As fellow shooters and advocates of the 2nd Amendment, Black Weapons Armory strongly respects your right to privacy and security. All personal data collected will be held private, and will never be released unless required by law.
